Mark and Ann recently lost their senior shepherd, and their house was just too empty without one.  Nitro’s photo really seemed to speak to Mark, so he immediately filled out the application.  During the home visit, he was informed that Nitro had been adopted, and they were welcome to meet any of the other dogs.  But they had their hearts set on Nitro.  Mark just felt he was the dog for them.  So they declined meeting our other orphans.  Not 2 days later, we got the call that Nitro was being returned.  He just wasn’t working in the home.  Mark and Ann were notified, and by Friday night, Nitro was making himself comfortable on the couch at Mark and Ann’s lovely home.  The moral of the story is that patience is a virtue, and good things come to those who wait.  The only VSR adoption requirement is that you wag on, nifty Nitro, wag on.   Click here for more photos!
