Young Rebel has had some bad experiences in the first 2 years of his life. He’s spent time in a high kill shelter, he was adopted and given away, he was lost, and then found by good Samaritans, who quickly removed the shock collar he had strapped on. Finally Rebel thought his luck had changed! Unfortunately, after a few months the good Samaritans realized they just weren’t the right home for Rebel. So Rebel is with us now. Understandably, Rebel is hesitant to meet new people, and weighing close to 100 lbs, he can be pretty intimidating! But once Rebel learns you want to be his friend, he is the happiest, most playful, sweetest dog you will ever know. Rebel is house trained, and has never once gone to the bathroom in his kennel. He knows lots of commands. He sits and waits at his kennel door until it’s opened all the way, and only goes through after you let him know it’s ok to do so. Rebel needs proper introductions with dogs his own size, and needs to go to a home without any small critters. Rebel bonds quickly, so a home with experience dealing with protective dogs is best for Rebel. Rebel quickly picks up on people’s apprehension, and will take advantage of that if given the opportunity. He will also, if given the opportunity, climb into your lap! So if you are looking for a big, smart, lovable, eager-to-please boy please set aside $325 for his adoption donation and fill out the adoption application on our website. Because changing the world for Rebel is what every Las Vegas resident would be proud to do. So get out there and show this Rebel you support him!
