William is a 20-year-old autistic person who also suffers from colitis. Because of these conditions, finding employment is very difficult and working a set schedule is challenging.

He enjoys working and being productive, so he with some friends and family have created an Etsy store where William can make products and sell them.

His family became involved with animal rescues soon after adopting their dog, Zoe, from a German shepherd rescue in San Diego. Since then they have fostered over 160 cats and many dogs (dogs are more difficult because it is harder to let them go to their new homes). Because of his love for animals, a pet product made sense as something to make and sell. Starting the Etsy store, where proceeds can support animal rescue, seemed to be a natural fit.
